I have suffered from RLS to varying degrees since I was in my 20s. I now have essential benign tremor which is adding up every day. First in my hands, mostly but not exclusively in the right hand so I can no longer write more than a few words, and now it is in my jaw (I keep expecting to bite my lip or jaw!) I have a feeling it will soon affect my head. I can't help but wonder if there is any relation between this and RLS as it seemed to increase as the EBT progressed. Does anyone else have this relationship?
